Constant Improvement
Below is a copy of my first atempt at a flash Resume. It worked, but I realized that the interface was not as intuitive as I thought it was. I am starting work on a second version tomorrow, but I am doing the second one for the iPhone. My friend was kind enough to lend me an old iPhone so I will have something to test it on. hopefully the interface will be more intuitive, and I intend to improve the graphics.

Step 1: Getting Started
I know this is supposed to a sort of public journal, but for now, I think I will just introduce myself and figure out what is going on.
This isn't my first blog, its just the first one I am taking up on a professional level. More than anything, I want to get the basics of how to make a a website attractive, and profitable under my belt. I plan on making this a career path for my self in the future, so I might as well start by selling the one product I have that people ma or may not want; myself. So, for now, I will stick with a simple design, and a post with very little extra knowledge in it.
Since I graduated in early May, I have been relentlessly applying to jobs throughout the Northern Hemisphere. Why the Northern Hemisphere you ask? Well, because I only speak English, and German. And my German is fading fast. I guess I could start looking in Australia, but why would anyone want to pay me to come to the other end of the world to do a job that any one of their college graduates could just as easily do. As hard a I worked for that degree, it has proven to be about as useful as any other certificate, aside from my driver's license, that I have been awarded in the past 22 years. So now I am taking a new tactic, one that I probably should have started from the beginning. I am educating my self beyond the scope of college. No, I'm not talking about getting my masters degree or anything like that, I already decided I would wait a few years for that. I am going to find as many different ways to distinguish my self as I can, and hopefully land a good job because of it.
My first goal is Google. Google offers professionals a number of services which I intend to be certified in as quickly as possible. I figure since they are all on the Internet, they are a good place to start. I also intend to learn a programming language as best as I can. I will start with HTML and move on, This blog should provide a good template for me to work with. So this site should be gathering content soon, and eventually looking better too.
While I don't know what my subsequent steps will be, I plan on becoming the most professional online marketer I can be. Lets see how I do.
